Dr. Levitin has been treating infants and adults with tongue tie for over 20 years.

During his career, Dr. Levitin has performed over 2,500 tongue-tie and lip-tie procedures on infants and children exclusively in the office setting, making him one of the most experienced and trusted doctors in New York City.

Dr. Levitin has developed a unique, non-surgical approach to treating tongue tie and lip tie in the office setting using just a small amount of local anesthesia. The entire procedure is pain-free, using no laser or sutures and takes less than 10 minutes. There is typically no need for follow up visits and patients are able to start eating again right away.
